  • Live fish are inspected and packed under the highest standards.
  • Health certificates or other legal documents will be provided as required.

3. Packing Standards

  • Fish are packed in oxygenated water within insulated containers to ensure survival during transit.
  • Packing materials comply with international shipping regulations.

4. Shipping Method

  • Shipping will be done via air freight, courier, or other approved methods to minimize transit time.
  • Real-time tracking may be provided where possible.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times will depend on the destination and shipping method.
  • Delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Customs and Documentation

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations in their country.
  • All necessary documents, such as health certificates, invoices, and permits, will be provided.

7. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • Claims for DOA must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the shipment, along with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided at the seller’s discretion.

8. Handling and Care

  • Once received, the buyer is responsible for acclimating the fish properly.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to improper handling after delivery.

9. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, or other approved methods.

10. Cancellations and Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping; cancellation fees may apply.
  • Live fish cannot be returned once shipped due to health and biosecurity reasons.

11. Liability

  • We are not responsible for losses due to delays, weather, or mishandling by the shipping provider.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the fish purchased.

12. Force Majeure

  • The seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or regulatory changes.

13. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of CHENNAI Jurisdiction.
