1. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
  • Accurate and complete shipping details must be provided by the buyer.

2. Health and Quality Assurance

  • Live fish are inspected and packed to ensure optimal health and survival during transit.

3. Packaging Standards

  • Fish are packed in oxygenated water with sealed plastic bags and insulated containers to maintain ideal conditions.
  • Packaging complies with safety and environmental guidelines for domestic shipping.

4. Shipping Method and Timeline

  • Shipments will be made via reliable courier services or express cargo (e.g., train, bus, or flight) to minimize transit time.
  • Standard delivery time ranges from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the location.
  • Buyers will be notified of the dispatch details and expected delivery date.

5. Delivery Responsibilities

  • The buyer must be available to receive the shipment at the specified address.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or failure to collect the shipment.

6. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • Claims for DOA must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the unopened packaging and affected fish are required as evidence.
  • Replacement or refund will be offered based on the seller’s assessment of the claim.

7. Handling After Delivery

  • Proper acclimation procedures should be followed to introduce the fish to their new environment.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to mishandling or unsuitable tank conditions after delivery.

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, or other approved methods.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch; cancellation fees may apply.
  • Refunds for cancellations will exclude administrative charges.
